Executive Director, Home, Outpatient and Senior Living Services, Genesis Health System

Areas of Responsibility: Provides operational leadership and strategic direction for post-acute care services, including Visiting Nurse Association, hospice, senior living facilities, the Wound & Hyperbaric Institute, Center for Weight Management, Central Scheduling, Home Medical Equipment, Outpatient Rehabilitation, FirstMed Pharmacy, Occupational Health, Diabetes Care Center and the Spine & Joint Health Center.

Bio: Roebuck has more than 25 years of senior health care experience, including working with skilled nursing and senior housing sites across the country. He was named to his current position in August 2018, after serving for four years as Executive Director of Post Acute Care. Before that he held the position of Executive Director, Affiliated Senior Services and Strategy, where he was responsible for developing and implementing a network of non-acute services to ensure that Genesis meets the needs of a burgeoning senior population by coordinating and delivering the most appropriate and efficient level of health care.

Roebuck joined Genesis in February 2013 after serving as Vice President of Business Development for Health Dimensions Group, a Minneapolis-based provider of consultation and management services for senior health care and hospital systems. His experience there included the acquisition and operation of home health and hospice services. He also served as a regional director of operations and has been a licensed nursing home administrator in three states.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the College of Wooster, Wooster, Ohio. Roebuck serves on the Board of Directors of the Center for Active Seniors, Inc., as well as on the governing body of First Presbyterian Church in Davenport. A resident of the Quad Cities for nearly 20 years, Roebuck has two daughters; one who lives in Arlington, Va., and another who attends Macalaster College in St. Paul, Minn.
