Dynamic Serial Casting With Physical Therapy for Prevention of Hip Dislocation in Children with Cerebral Palsy


This retrospective study will describe the procedure for dynamic serial casting and the accompanying physical therapy to prevent hip dislocation in children with cerebral palsy. It will also compare cases of children with both cerebral palsy and hip subluxation who elected hip surgery with those who elected to have dynamic serial casting with physical therapy.
