TPI Golf Fitness Program
The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) is the world’s leader in the study of the human body and how it functions in relation to the golf swing. Since its inception in 2003, the TPI has studied thousands of golf swings ranging from weekend warriors to the top PGA Tour players.
The TPI used the data collected to determine how the human body must move in order to swing the club most efficiently, and how dysfunction can lead to poor swing mechanics and potential injury.
What is a TPI-Certified Golf Fitness Instructor?
TPI-certified professionals evaluate the strength and mobility of the human body in relation to the golf swing while addressing any physical factors that may be limiting the player’s golf swing. These limitations put you at an increased risk of injury, and inhibit your ability to achieve the maximum potential of your golf swing.
If your body can’t carry out the proper mechanics of the golf swing, it limits your ability to swing the club efficiently and increases your risk for injury. Our TPI-certified instructor is also a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is trained in diagnosing and treating injuries. We are able to work with injured players and progress them back to sport.
