Great Genesis Nurse Award

In addition to the 100 Great Iowa Nurse award, GMC-Davenport recognizes its own with the Great Genesis Nurse award. This annual award recognizes staff members who exemplify compassion, dedication to their profession, and leadership by mentoring others. Honorees are nominated by their colleagues and selected by the Genesis Health System Nursing Council. Their selection is made following criteria similar to that used to select the 100 Great Iowa Nurses.
