I love to witness individuals gaining strength, recognizing their self-worth and making incredible changes in their life. This is what has kept me going for over thirty years.

All individuals have strength and resilience. Part of therapy is helping them to recognize and use both. I also believe that when a therapist sees the best in a person, they can begin to see the best in themselves. I became a social worker initially to work with abused children. This step led to work in the field of trauma for both children and adults.
