Genesis EAP enhances the quality of life by providing counseling services, consultation, education and early intervention strategies to businesses, their employees and family members.

Genesis Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is an employer sponsored benefit that provides confidential assessment, short-term counseling, referral (when necessary), and follow-up services for employees and their immediate family members. 

We currently provide EAP services for employees and family members of over 200 companies, many nationwide.  One hundred percent of employers that responded to our 2006 Company Satisfaction Survey would “recommend Genesis EAP to another company.”

The first employee assistance program to be fully accredited by the Employee Assistance Society of North America.
