Hematology Medical Oncology Consultants, located in Davenport, Iowa, announces their search for a fourth physician to join them in a partnership track.  The physician will join a highly successful, independent private practice dedicated to an empathetic approach to patient care.

The referral base consists of many outstanding surgeons and primary care providers.  Two truly excellent hospital systems have over 450 physicians on staff, covering all medical disciplines. The community provides multiple hospice programs including a beautiful new 16-bed freestanding hospice house. Additionally, they benefit from a strong reciprocal relationship with the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics located 45 minutes away.

Internally, they enjoy an extremely low turnover in their outstanding, handpicked staff at two office locations.  They sustain a very busy practice, with over 550 new patients referred last year.  The incoming physician has the opportunity to assume a mature practice due to the unfortunate departure of a long-standing colleague and friend.

For the successful candidate, they offer a generous income and benefit package, ultimately leading to partnership.  They currently work a 4-day week and share call equally. The practice consists of both hematology and medical oncology.
