I initially became interested because I found the workings of the body to be miraculous. As I entered practice I found that nearly every day I was able to do something positive for others - addressing symptoms, preventing or treating illness and providing emotional comfort and/or education. I love what I do.

I feel that too many of the frail, elderly receive treatment that is not specifically tailored to their needs, too many unnecessary medications and not enough aggressive management of pain and other symptoms that may be limiting their quality of life. Too many people die in the often impersonal environment of a hospital rather than at home with needed personal and medical support. Trying to address these needs has been the focus of my practice for the last twenty plus years.

Personal Information

My wife and I have three sons and at present two young grandchildren. We are new to the area, having recently moved here from northern Utah. In my spare time, I am active with my church and I have been known to do children's and family entertainment with magic, puppetry and balloon twisting.
