School/Sports Physicals

These visits require a physical exam and specific paperwork from a school. These exams are generally not covered by insurance. However, Genesis Health Group does offer these at a reduced cost if paid in full at the time of service and not performed in conjunction with other services, ie. examination for acute/chronic conditions.
