Blair Foreman, M.D.
Dr. Foreman received his undergraduate training and his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota. He completed Fellowships in both Cardiovascular Disease and Electrophysiology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He was then appointed and served as both the Assistant Professor of Clinical Internal Medicine and the Director of the Cardiovascular Inpatient Wards at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
He is a member and Governor of the Iowa Chapter of the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association, and the American College of Cardiology. He is board certified in Electrophysiology and Cardiovascular Disease.
Dr. Foreman joined Cardiovascular Medicine, P.C. in August of 1999 and specializes in electrophysiology. He is licensed in both Iowa and Illinois and is available for outpatient consultation and follow-up visits at the Davenport East Rusholme location, Trinity Terrace Park, Burlington, Dubuque and Maquoketa locations. He has staff privileges at Genesis Medical Centers and Trinity Medical Centers.
