PURPOSE: Responsible for coordinating all patient registration activities including greeting patients/family, processing patient registration in an efficient and courteous manner, obtaining accurate patient demographics and insurance information, contracting precertification agencies when appropriate, obtaining all necessary consents and serving as the initial point of contact for patients coming into JCRHC.

All licensed nursing positions will be expected to function in various areas of patient care needs. Positions will be assigned specific departments for administrative purposes but employee skills may be utilized in more than one department. All RN positions will require graduation from an accredited school of nursing and Iowa licensure/eligibility.
