Genesis Stroke Prevention And Recovery Center Tackles Fitness At January Meeting

Winter exercise is the topic for the January meeting of the Genesis Stroke Prevention and Recovery Center (SPARC).

Patty Darland, a physical therapist with Genesis Medical Center will discuss the challenges of exercising during winter and the unique ways to keep fit. The meeting will be held, Wednesday, January 2, at 2 p.m., in the lower level of the Genesis Plaza, 2535 Maplecrest Road, Bettendorf.
