DeWitt Holds Kid's Health and Safety Fair

DeWitt Community Hospital Foundation will host its annual Kid's Health and Safety Fair on Saturday, April 26, from 10 am -1pm.

The event features fun and interactive exhibits that teach children the importance of being healthy and safe. Events include make-and-take first aid kits, ambulance tours, fun exercise options, healthy snacks, Christian the Clown Magic Show and the moonwalk.

The Quad City SAFE KIDS Coalition will be on site providing car seat safety checks. Rick's House of Hope will have tips on how loss and grief can put kids at risk. The American Red Cross will have information on their babysitting course.

The Kid's Health and Safety Fair will be held in the DeWitt Community Hospital parking lot, 1108 11th Avenue, DeWitt, Iowa. In the event of rain, activities will be moved inside to the first floor of the hospital.
