Genesis Health Services Foundation Holds Estate Planning Seminars

Davenport, IA - When it comes to proper estate planning, deciphering myth from reality can be difficult. To help in this effort, Quad-City attorney Dennis D. Duffy will present "The Five Myths of Estate Planning." This free seminar, part of the Genesis Health Services Foundation Here and Hereafter series, will shed light on the most common myths about estate planning, reveal the truth and review what measures can be taken to ensure our wishes are carried out after we die.

The seminar is Tuesday, May 13, from 9 a.m.-noon or on Wednesday, May 14, from 3-6 p.m., at the Philip D. and Henrietta B. Adler Health Education Center, Lower Level of the Genesis Heart Institute, 1236 E. Rusholme Street, Davenport. Refreshments will be served.

In addition, Genesis Medical Center Chaplain Jeanne Olsen will speak about the existence of angels in this free seminar. Her presentation offers a Judeo/Christian perspective of angels. Although she refers to Biblical stories, the main thrust of her presentation is to talk about who angels are, and what they do and do not do. She has been doing presentations on angels since 1985.
