Genesis EAP Signs Contracts With City of Bettendorf, Muscatine Schools

Davenport, IA – Genesis Employee Assistance Program will be serving the counseling needs of City of Bettendorf employees and Muscatine Community School District employees under terms of recently signed contracts.

The renewal of the contract with the City of Bettendorf will cover 420 employees and their families. The Bettendorf City Council approved the two-year contract renewal on April 5. Genesis EAP has provided services to Bettendorf employees since 1989.

The Muscatine Community School District has 830 employees who will be covered by Genesis EAP for three years beginning July 1.

Genesis EAP provides confidential counseling for individuals and families who are dealing with problems that can include relationship conflict, addictions, work and personal stress, financial difficulties and an illness in the family.

Genesis EAP, founded in 1983, provides services to the employees and dependents of more than 250 companies, school systems and municipalities.
