Genesis Event Maps Strategy For Employee Retention
Davenport, IA – Recruiting and hiring good employees is only one step for employers. Retaining those good employees can present an entirely different challenge.
Genesis Workplace Services and Management Resource Group, Ltd., hopes to assist employers with the seminar "A Roadmap to Retain Employees...Innovative Ideas & Strategies." The seminar is scheduled for 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 15 at the Genesis Heart Institute.
Seminar topics will include corporate culture and why it is important, assessing potential employees, retention strategies, employee assistance programs, wellness programs and comprehensive benefits packages for the future.
Among the presenters will be Ray Grymski, who has 21 years of experience consulting with employers; Heidi Schultz, a partner with Management Resource Group specializing in career transition and assessments; Dan Huber, President and CEO of DavenportOne; Mary Hill-Sutherland, Manager of Genesis EAP and Barbara Marsden, Director of Workplace Services for Genesis Behavioral Resources.
