“Added Touch Exercise”  An Exercise Program for People Who Need Guidance

Bettendorf, IA – Has your physician encouraged you to start or return to an exercise program? Do you have arthritis or other special needs? Are you looking for a smaller environment in which to exercise? Join our program to learn how to use exercise equipment and weight machines with the supervision of exercise specialists who can give you the guidance you need.

Genesis Wellness Center will offer “Added Touch Exercise,” a four-week exercise program on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from Noon - 1:00 pm beginning Oct. 3. The class will meet in the Genesis area at the Bettendorf Family YMCA. Community and Y members may enroll for the class! Health history is required and those with significant risk factors will need physician approval to participate in the program. Class cost is $30 per month.
