Arthritis Exercise Program Offered at Genesis Wellness Center

Bettendorf, IA – Are you faced with pain and stiffness due to arthritis? If so, a recreational, non-clinical exercise program is available to build your muscle strength, endurance and flexibility.

Genesis Wellness Center will offer "Arthritis Exercise Program," a six-week exercise program on Wednesdays from 1–1:45 p.m. beginning April 5. The class will meet at the Genesis Wellness Center located in the Bettendorf Family YMCA.

Any adult with arthritis, or another limiting physical difficulty, is eligible for this program. Community and YMCA members may enroll. Class cost is $25 per person. When you sign up, you will receive an application form to complete prior to beginning the program. Register for class by calling the Genesis Health Promotion Department at 563-421-3870.
