Doyle and Keenan P.C. Gift Packages Will Recognize Last Genesis Babies of 2009

 

The first baby of the year may grab the media attention at Genesis, but babies with good timing could save their parents thousands on their next tax filing, according to the accounting experts at Doyle and Keenan P.C. of Davenport.

The accounting firm will recognize the good timing of the year's last bundles of joy born at Genesis birth centers in Davenport and Silvis, Ill. The last babies of 2009 will receive a gift package from Doyle and Keenan and Genesis, including a $125 VISA gift card, traditional baby items and other gifts.

According to Doyle and Keenan P.C., babies who make their grand entrance at the end of 2009 will provide parents with a retroactive tax exemption of $3,650 for all of 2009.

Birth centers at Genesis Medical Center, East Rusholme St., and Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, deliver more than 3,000 babies combined each year.
