About Our Wait Times

The wait times are updated several times each hour. They are approximate and reflect the duration of time for people in the waiting room (does not include exam time). We provide care to the most ill patients first.

Urgent Care Services

We provide urgent care when a visit to your personal physician is not possible.  Our scope of service includes urgent care problems only, for example, cold and flu symptoms, sprains and strains, and minor laceration repair.

We do not provide continuous care of chronic medical conditions or provide preventative routine health care. We would advise you to call your primary care physician for guidance before proceeding to the Convenient Care Clinic.  If you are experiencing Chest pain or Shortness of Breath please go to the Genesis Emergency Room or call 911.
