Genesis understands that spiritual care is an important part of total health and wellness. When you are admitted, you are asked whether you associate with a local faith congregation, which we should notify of your hospital admission. If you do not supply a name at the admissions desk and would like to do so, please tell your nurse or call the

Genesis Medical Center, East 

The staff of the Spiritual Care Department are available Monday - Friday from 8 a.m - 4:30 p.m. If you need a chaplain, call (563) 421-1755, or ask your nurse to call for you. A chaplain is available for emergencies 24 hours a day and can be paged by your nurse. The hospital chapel is located on Level 2, near the Lombard Entrance. It is open 24 hours a day to people of all faiths. Catholic Mass is celebrated in the Chapel on Sundays at 10:30 a.m. and is televised on channel 54.

Genesis Medical Center, West

The staff of the Spiritual Care Department are available Monday - Friday from 8 a.m - 4:30 p.m. If you need a chaplain, call (563) 421-7970, or ask your nurse to call for you. A chaplain is available for emergencies 24 hours a day and can be paged by your nurse. The hospital chapel is located on Level 1, between the Gift Shop and the Cafeteria. It is open 24 hours a day to people of all faiths. Catholic Mass is celebrated in the Chapel on Sundays at 8:30 a.m. and is televised on channel 54.

Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus

Call 792-4218 or ask your nurse if you have specific pastoral requests during normal business hours.  After normal business, please ask for the Nursing Supervisor if you have a specific request.  The chapel is located near the gift shop and is always open.
