Volunteer at Genesis

Genesis Volunteer Program

Welcome to Volunteer Services, we’re glad you're here!

Volunteers are an integral and valuable component of Genesis Health System. We value the time that our volunteers put in to help not only patients and visitors, but our employees and physicians as well. We would love for you to join our team!

Benefits of Volunteering

Due to our busy lives, it can be hard to find time to volunteer. However, volunteering can be beneficial to you, your family, and your community. The right match can help you to reduce stress, find friends, reach out to the community, learn new skills and gain valuable work experience!

To keep our volunteers informed and show our appreciation, Genesis Volunteers:

  • Receive a bi-monthly Volunteer newsletter
  • Receive a free volunteer shirt, health screen and background check
  • Invite to our yearly Volunteer Recognition Dinner and Memorial Luncheon
  • Receive pins recognizing volunteer hours
  • 10% Discount in the cafeteria on days you volunteer
  • Free Holiday meal and Employee picnic meal

Please note the following instructions.
