Mitchell Binkley, MD
Mitchell Binkley, MD, grew up in Polo, IL. He graduated from St. Ambrose with a BS in biology and a minor in chemistry. He graduated Southern Illinois University Medical School. He is married to Paige Binkley, and they have two kids, Greyson and Merrick. The Binkley's have two dogs, Rhea (West Highland Terrier) Heidi (Bernese Mountain Dog). He enjoys being outdoors, watching movies, taking care of our aquariums with African Cichlids, woodworking, and house projects.
Averil Fuhs, DO
Averil Fuhs, DO, grew up in Chariton, Iowa. He received his B.S. degree in Biochemistry, Cell and Molecular Biology from Drake University. He received his medical degree from Des Moines University in 2017. He enjoys spending time outside either running, biking, fishing, watching football, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Mathew Kraciun, DO
Mathew Kracuin, DO, grew up in Bettendorf, IA. He attended St. Ambrose University, earning a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. He played 4 years on the Men's Soccer team at St. Ambrose. He then received his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, MO. His wife, Megan, is a Physical Therapist in town. He met her at St. Ambrose and she played on the Woman's Soccer team. Matthew and his wife enjoy traveling, working out, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
Manisha Kumar, MD
Manisha Kumar, MD, was born in Newfoundland, Canada but grew up in Davenport, IA. She received her B.A. from Augustana College with a major in biology and a minor in psychology. During her time at Augustana, she went on a medical missions trip to Nicaragua. She received her medical degree from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, going on walks with her three Miniature Australian Shepherds, trying new cuisines, singing, and going to see Broadway musicals.
Francis Oguntodu, MD
Francis Oguntodu, MD, grew up in Mesquite, Texas. Received BS Degree in Biology at University of Texas. He received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. After graduation, he worked as a Clinical research associate for Trauma Department in Phoenix Az and Fort Lauderdale FL. He enjoys traveling, watching movies, working out, playing sports and spending time with family.
Michael Sinklier, DO
Michael Sinklier, DO grew up in Des Moines IA. He attended Grand View University where he received a BA in Applied Mathematics before embarking on a year-long volunteer experience in Peru where he taught English. He received his medical degree from Des Moines University and is excited to be living and working in the Quad Cities. In his spare time, Michael enjoys biking, yoga, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.
April Lanning, DO
April Lanning, DO, grew up in Sacramento, California. She received her B.S. in Biology from UC Davis. She moved to Davenport in 2010 and went on to receive her medical degree from Des Moines University. She and husband, Kelby, have many hobbies they enjoy together. These include biking all around the Quad Cities, playing volleyball, traveling, and working on their house. April enjoys cooking, yoga, and dog sitting whenever she has the opportunity.
Nicole Brokloff, MD
Nicole Brokloff, MD, grew up in Davenport, IA. She attended the University of Iowa where she earned a B.S. in Integrative Physiology and a B.A. in Psychology. She then received her medical degree and Master of Public Health from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. Her fiancé, Collin, is a student of veterinary medicine in Ames. They enjoy cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes together. In her free time she enjoys cooking, baking, working in her vegetable garden, and spending time with her friends and family.
Jong Lee, DO
Jong Lee, DO, graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a B.A. in Biology. After working in IT/Biotech field for many years, he went back to school and received his medical degree from Des Moines University. In his free time, he enjoys camping and traveling with his wife, Sue and their daughter, Katie.

Monique Phillpotts, MD, is originally from Chicago, IL. She attended undergraduate at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale with a major in biological sciences, minor in chemistry. She received her medical degree from Southern Illinois University-Springfield. She and her husband, Francisco, enjoy the many outdoor activities that the Quad cities have to offer. Her hobbies include aerobic spinning, walking, painting, traveling, trying new cuisines and watching movies.
