Voucher Programs

Funded by a grant from the Susan G. Komen For the Cure-Quad Cities Affiliate, administered by Genesis Medical Center, the programs serve residents of the following counties:

In Iowa:
  Scott, Cedar, Clinton, and Muscatine, and

I n Illinois:
  Rock Island, Mercer, Henry and Whiteside

 The Voucher Programs provide:

• Mammogram-screening, and all diagnostic 
• Breast ultrasound
• Breast prosthesis 
• Prosthesis bra
• Post-operative camisole
• Medical alert bracelet-Lymphedema Precautions
• Lymphedema treatment garments
• Wig and wig care kit

Having insurance does not mean that a financial barrier does not exist.  These products may be non-covered services or a deductible/co-pay may apply.  If the ability to financially cover these products is an isssue, please call for confidential, individualized evaluation of your situation.
