An effective cancer control program addresses not only early cancer diagnoses and treatments, but also promotes an active cancer prevention program. By making healthy lifestyle choices, such as avoiding tobacco products; limiting fats while eating fiber, fruits and vegetables we can reduce our cancer risk for ourselves and our children.

Genesis Cancer Care Institute in conjunction with the American Cancer Society has initiated an aggressive approach to helping children learn healthier lifestyles through partnerships with area schools. We are now offering portions of our materials to the virtual community for adults to use with their children or for children who access the WWW to use on their own.
