Genesis SPARC Program
Our Stroke Prevention and Recovery Center offers an eight-week-self help course and specialty classes, 8-10 times a year. An annual membership fee of $35, which includes free access to support groups, resource library and internet; as well as reduced costs of classes.

Genesis Heart Failure Program
This program supplements physician's care by providing clinical care, instruction and long-term follow up. Genesis visiting nurses perform advanced cardiac assessments and provide therapy to homebound patients, reducing the need for hospital readmission. Illini Pulse Program

Genesis Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase III Program
This program is designed to help heart patients with cardiac conditions to maintain health and fitness.
