Billing Concerns
If you have a concern about paying a hospital bill, our staff can provide you with important financial information and can help investigate the options and resources available to you.

One resource, the Genesis Financial Assistance Program, is available to HealthQuest members facing unusual financial needs for their health care. Applications and further information are available from the Business Office financial counselor located across from Administration on the first floor of Genesis West, and across from the chapel on the East campus, and in the Emergency Department at Illini. You may also contact the Patient Accounts Department located at Genesis West, Pavilion 2, 2nd Floor. You may also call 421-3408 for information on financial assistance. 

We want to help!
An important part of any hospital experience is coordinating insurance coverage. We want to help! As a HealthQuest member, you are entitled to free assistance with filing Medicare Part A, Part B and other insurances for any inpatient or outpatient services you receive from Genesis Medical Center.
