Primary Stroke Center

Genesis is the region's first Joint Commission Certified Primary Stroke Center. 

With a dedicated Neuroscience Unit, Genesis offers complete care for neurological and neurosurgical patients, such as those with the diagnoses of stroke. Nursing staff includes a masters-prepared neuroscience certified stroke coordinator. A multidisciplinary team approach provides comprehensive, patient-focused care.
