Ask the Strength Coach

The fitness industry is marred with misinformation, fads and bad advice.  At PSP all of our coaches have at least a four year bachelors degree in exercise science and a high level training certification. The "ask the strength coach" page allows the public to e-mail fitness/athletic performance realted questions to the PSP staff. We will answer the publics' questions and try to clear up all the misinformation in the community regarding training and fitness.
