Kathryn Ellsworth, PT, OCS
Title: Physical Therapist and Clinic Supervisor
School and Year of Graduation: Buena Vista College, 1995; St. Ambrose University, MPT, 1998
Specialization/Certification: Kathryn earned her Board Certification in Orthopedics from the American Physical Therapy Association in 2006 and is currently completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at St. Ambrose University. She enjoys working with all types of orthopedic conditions and has special interest in assisting injured workers and athletes of all ages to successfully obtain their goals. She is also a Sportsmetrics™ certified trainer of the clinically proven ACL injury prevention training and return to play program. Kathryn is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, including the Orthopedic section of the APTA.
Community/Recreational Activities: Kathryn grew up in Knoxville, Iowa, and now resides in Davenport, Iowa, with her three boys. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, bicycling, camping and traveling.
Amy Castro, PT
Title: Physical Therapist
School and Year of Graduation: University of Montana, BS in Physical Therapy, 1987
Specialization/Certification: Amy has worked in various types of rehab settings including acute care, neuro-rehab, home health, nursing home and outpatient orthopedic. Amy enjoys working with all types of orthopedic conditions, with areas of special interest and expertise to include TMJ Dysfunction, headaches as well as patient with dizziness (vestibular rehab). She also brings personal experience and expertise in training the triathlete.
Community/Recreation Activities: Amy resides in Bettendorf with her husband Jeff, and their two children, Kiana and Kyler. She enjoys swimming, bicycling, running and motivating others to achieve their goals.
Bridget Blunk, PT, OCS
Title: Physical Therapist
School and Year of Graduation: Augustana College, BA in Biology and Spanish, 1999; Washington University in St. Louis, Masters of Science in Physical Therapy, 2001
Specialization/Certification: Bridget earned her Board Certification in Orthopedics from the American Physical Therapy Association in 2009. She has many years of experience working as a physical therapist and specializes in utilizing manual therapy treatment techniques for the treatment of all types of orthopedic conditions and pathologies. She is an active member in the American Physical Therapy Association, participating locally in the Iowa Chapter's southeast district and nationally as a member in the Orthopedic section.
Community/Recreational Activities: Bridget was raised in Edgington, Illinois, and now resides in Betendorf with her husband, Richard, and her two sons, Alex and Sam. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to local events, bicycling, and hiking.
Jay Richard, PT, MPT, OCS

School and Year of Graduation: Iowa State University, 1989; University of Iowa, MPT, 1993
Specialization/Certification: Jay earned his Board Certification in Orthopedics from the American Physical Therapy Association in 2006. Jay has many years of experience working as a physical therapist and specializes in treating clients with orthopedic injuries and post surgery recovery. He enjoys working with all types of orthopedic conditions. He has a special interest and expertise in working with athletes of all levels. Jay also has focused training in treating the runner, to include video analysis to assist in their rehab and improve their performance.
Community/Recreational Activities: Jay lives in Davenport with his wife, son, and two dogs. He enjoys spending time with his family, friends, church involvement, bible study, and running.
Justin Hillebrand, PT, DPT

School and Year of Graduation: Loras College, BA in Sports Science, 2007; Clark College, DPT, 2010
Specialization/Certification: Justin specializes in treating all types of orthopedic conditions and post surgery recovery. He has a special interest in working with athletes of all levels.
Community/Recreational Activities: Justin was born and raised in Dyersville, Iowa, and currently resides in Davenport with his wife. In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time in nature, hunting and fishing, attending classic rock concerts and Hawkeye football games.
Karl Stratman, PT
Title: Physical Therapist
School and Year of Graduation: Truman State University, BS in Exercise Science, 1993; St. Ambrose University, MPT, 1997
Specialization/Certification: Karl has many years of experience working as a physical therapist and enjoys working with all types of orthopedic conditions. He has a special interest and expertise in working with the athlete of all levels, specifically with throwing injuries, to include video analysis to assist in their rehab and improve their performance. He is also a Back to Golf certified therapist and leads individual and group training programs.
Community/Recreational Activities: Karl resides in Davenport with his wife, Jennifer, and their three children. He enjoys golfing, coaching baseball and watching the Cubs.
Kerri Johnson OTR/L, CHT
Title: Occupational Therapist
School and Year of Graduation: St. Ambrose University, BS in Occupational Therapy with a minor in Psychology, 1994
Specialization/Certification: Kerri obtained her certification as a Board Certified Hand Therapist in 2005 and has focused her career in the treatment of orthopedic hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. She enjoys treating repetitive trauma disorders and surgical repairs of the hand and wrist. She is also an active member in American Society of Hand Therapy (ASHT).
Community/Recreational Activities: Kerri is originally from Davenport and currently resides in Bettendorf with her husband, son, and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family, running, volleyball, spin class, and traveling.
Mark Pischke OTR/L, CHT
Title: Occupational Therapist
School and Year of Graduation: St. Ambrose University, 2001 and OT in 2003
Specialization/Certification: Mark obtained his certification as a Board Certified Hand Therapist and has focused his career in orthopedic hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. Mark is certified in the ASTYM system and enjoys treating all cumulative trauma disorders and surgical repairs of the hand and wrist.
Community/Recreational Activities: In his free time, Mark enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
Mike Green, PTA

Specialization/Certification: Mike enjoys treating all types of orthopedic conditions and specializes in the rehab and return to play of athletes of all levels. He is also a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist assisting in decreasing work injuries.
Community/Recreational Activities: Mike grew up in Cherokee, Iowa, and now resides in Davenport with his wife and son. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing golf.
Scott Dickman, PT, CSCS

School and Year of Graduation: University of Northern Iowa, BA Biology, 1994; MA Exercise Science, 1999; University of Iowa, Physical Therapy, 1999
Specialization/Certification: Scott has many years of experience working as a physical therapist and enjoys working with all types of orthopedic conditions. He utilizes manual therapy treatment techniques for management of all orthopedic conditions and pathologies. His areas of special interest and expertise include TMJ dysfunction, spinal pathologies, foot and ankle pathologies and orthotics. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist which provides him with greater expertise for successful rehab and performance improvement of the athlete. He is an active member of the APTA, currently serving as the chair of the ethics committee of the IPTA.
Community/Recreational Activities: Scott and his wife Janelle reside in Eldridge with their three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, involvement in church, camping, hunting and other outdoor activities.
