Treatment
Outpatient therapy is available for patients who have moderate to severe physical limitations and who can travel to receive care. Back, soft tissue, sports medicine, neurologic, women's health, fibromyalgia and work related injuries are the most frequent ailments referred to outpatient therapy.
Other ailments commonly treated in an outpatient setting include:
- Spinal dysfunction
- Chronic pain
- Pain from motor vehicle accidents or other trauma
- Cumulative trauma disorders such as carpal tunnel syndrome
- Hand injuries, surgeries or splinting needs
- Joint replacement and revisions, (Most common total hip or knee surgeries)
- Nerve injuries
- Amputations
- Sprains and strains
- Soft tissue disorders
- Vestibular disorders (Dizziness)
- Rotator cuff repair
- Fractures
To meet our goal Genesis Physical Rehabilitation at King Plaza provides our patients with the most up-to-date therapeutic services and help the patient return to either their prior level of functioning or to increase their level of functioning. The center provides outpatient physical therapy and outpatient occupational therapy. All of the services are provided by highly educated physical therapists and occupational therapists. All of our therapists stay abreast of the latest techniques and technology in their respective fields by regularly attending continuing education courses. The therapists are supported by a friendly staff of administrative assistants. Genesis Physical Rehabilitation at King Plaza also offers their patients services and support through the GMC-Illini campus.

Mark Gratton, PT, MPT
Title: Physical Therapist and Clinic Supervisor
School and Year of Graduation: St. Ambrose University, 2002, MPT
Began at Genesis: 2012
Specialization/Certification: Mark has been practicing physical therapy in an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine setting since 2002. Mark is an APTA Certified Clinical Instructor. He has a particular interest in treating generalized orthopedic conditions, sports medicine injuries and patients following surgery.
Community/Recreational Activities: Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and playing golf. He is active in the Moline community. Mark coaches his children's sports teams and is on the Supervisory Committee of a local credit union.
Justin Hillebrand, PT, DPT
Title: Physical Therapist
School and Year of Graduation: Loras College, 2007, BA in Sports Science; Clark College, 2010, DPT
Specialization/Certification: Justin graduated from Loras College with a BA in Sports Science, and he achieved his DPT at Clark College.
Community/Recreational Activities: Justin was born and raised in Dyersville, Iowa, and currently he resides in Bettendorf, Iowa. In his free time, Justin likes attending classic rock concerts and watching Hawkeye football games. In addition, he enjoys spending time in nature hunting and fishing.
Josh Gosnell, PT, MPT
Title: Physical Therapist
School and Year of Graduation: Clarke College, 2001, MPT
Specialization/Certification: Josh was involved in a car accident and had to undergo six months of physical therapy before being able to return to normal activities. Through this experience, Josh chose to become a physical therapist.
Community/Recreational Activities: Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and their two sons.

Community/Recreational Activities: Mike grew up in Cherokee, Iowa, and now lives in Davenport, Iowa, with his wife and son. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing golf.
Mark Pischke OTR/L, CHT
Title: Occupational Therapist
School and Year of Graduation: St. Ambrose University, 1996, OT
Specialization/Certification: Mark became a Board Certified Hand Therapist and has been practicing in orthopedic hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. Mark is certified in the ASTYM system and enjoys treating all cumulative trauma disorders and surgical repairs of the hand and wrist.
Community/Recreational Activities: Mark enjoys playing golf in his free time.
