Specialization/Certification: Mary has treated in a variety of settings and has served as a supervisor for over 27 years of her career. She practices as a generalist. Her experience includes inpatient, outpatient, long term care, home health, hospital based rehabilitation, school based therapy, work hardening, and functional capacity testing with an emphasis in rural settings. Mary is a certified Brain Injury Specialist and has been trained in the use of BioNess for neuromuscular re-education of the ankle to address foot drop. She has a keen interest in documentation and coding for proper billing. Mary is currently pursuing her doctorate in physical therapy.
Community/Recreational Activities: Mary enjoys canoeing and downhill skiing in her free time. Mary is also active in her church and the local Girl Scouts.

Specialization/Certification: Cara is trained in the use of BioNess for neuromuscular re-education of the ankle to address foot drop. Prior to being admitted to the PT program, Cara worked closely with patients and therapists for four years. The majority of her experience includes post-acute rehabilitation and in-patient rehabilitation. Cara is a generalist, but she especially enjoys treating patients with neurological impairments.
Diedra Wells, PTA

Specialization/Certification: Dee has experienced working at six Genesis locations and is skilled with both inpatient and outpatient diagnoses. She has been trained in the use of BioNess for neuromuscular re-education. Dee enjoys treating a variety of patients, but has a passion for orthopedic, prosthetics and orthotics, and working with amputees.
Community/Recreational Activities: Dee enjoys traveling, antiques, woodworking and refinishing, and enjoying family and friends.
Tammy Conner, OTR/L CLT CEAS

Specialization/Certification: Tammy has completed graduate work in the area of Behavioral Science. During her career she has become a certified lymphedema specialist and trained as an Ergoscience FCR provider. Tammy has an interest in treating patients with upper extremity orthopedic injuries, splinting, burns, occupational health, and lymphedema. She is trained in the use of BioNess for neuromuscular re-education and has been certified as an Iserhagen provider for FCE's, work hardening, worksite evaluation, and job site analysis, Tammy has also gone through training to become a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS 1).
Community/Recreational Activities: Tammy enjoys swimming and is an advocate for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Betsy Wolin, MA, CCC-SLP

Specialization/Certification: Betsy received her Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association in August 2010. Betsy enjoys working with individuals of all ages with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive linguistic deficits.

Specialization/Certification: Rebecca has experience in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, long term care, home health, pediatrics, pulmonary care, neonatal care, and consultant for group homes for the developmentally delayed. Rebecca currently specialized in stroke and brain injury recovery and oral myofunctional therapy.
Community/Recreational Activities: Rebecca enjoys quilting and walking.
Allison Thompson, MOTR/L, OT

Specialization/Certification: Allison is trained in the use of BioNess H200 for upper extremity neurologic dysfunction. She enjoys working with a variety of patients with stroke, brain injury, and upper extremity orthopedic injuries. Allison also specializes in the treatment of patients with lymphedema.
Brooke Ketner, PTA

Specialization/Certification: Brooke graduated from St. Ambrose University with a Fitness and Human Performance Degree in 2004. Since she enjoyed working with post surgical patients in an orthopedic realm she decided to pursue an AAS Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Brooke graduated in August 2006 with a PTA Degree from Black Hawk College and now enjoys working with a variety of patients. Orthopedic patients and sports performance athletes are two areas that interest Brooke the most.
