Imaging - Radiology

Our Diagnostic Imaging Centers are located in the Genesis Medical Centers in Davenport (East and West), DeWitt, and Illini. The Genesis Imaging Center located in Bettendorf, is an outpatient extension of Genesis Medical Center. All sites are fully accredited by JCAHO (Joint Commision on the Accredidation of Healthcare Organizations). Our facilities provide high-tech testing by an experienced staff. Our Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS) stores, shares and displays digital images. PACS eliminates the need to transport and store film, and allows healthcare providers to access diagnostic images in a highly efficient manner from almost any location using secure, web-based software.

Our goal is to meet all patient and physician needs in diagnostic imaging and image-guided treatments. We offer a full spectrum of radiology services, including, but not limited to, general radiography, computerized tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, nuclear medicine, mammography angiography, bone densitometry and special procedures.

The Diagnostic Imaging Centers support the Genesis Health System's Mission Statement by providing compassionate, quality imaging procedures and world class care to all those in need in a comfortable and safe environment.

Diagnostic Imaging staff includes board certified and fellowship trained Radiologists, ARRT registered Radiologic Technologists, many of whom are certified in multiple disciplines, Radiology Registered Nurses, support services staff (unit assistants, clinical office secretaries, transporters) and managers.
