Speakers Bureau

We provide speakers, free of charge, to help civic, community, professional and religious groups stay abreast of a wide range of health care issues and topics. Speakers are available for groups throughout eastern Iowa, and western Illinois.

Heart Hero – Everyone Can Be A Heart Hero. Learn the warning signs of a heart attack and how you can reduce your risk of heart disease. Your friends and family may rely on your best judgment to save their lives.

Topics include: Heart Hero (30- or 60-minute presentations), Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Exercise for Life, Stress Management, and Women and Heart Disease

Stroke Savvy Program – Everyone can be Stroke Savvy. Learn the warnings signs of a stroke and how you can reduce your risk of stroke. Your friends and family may rely on your best judgment to save their lives.

To allow ample time to schedule a speaker and confirm details, we request a one-month advance notice.

We provide speakers throughout the calendar year. Summer requests are subject to availability. We will try to fill last minute requests that may arise.
