The Genesis Wound and Hyperbaric Institute provides assistance for patients experiencing difficulties with the following:
- Wounds such as:
- Diabetic ulcers
- Venous insufficiency ulcers
- Arterial ulcers
- Pressure ulcers (bedsores)
- Non-healing surgical wounds (more than 3-4 weeks)
- Non-healing traumatic wounds (more than 3-4 weeks)
- Outpatient burn care
- If wound returns
- Radiation injuries
Our certified wound/ostomy nurses are available to provide care for patients who have undergone or are scheduled to have bowel or urinary diversional surgeries including:
- Urostomy
- Colostomy
- Ileostomy
- Continent diversion surgery
