Pelvic Floor

Pelvis
The pelvis contains the bladder, rectum, uterus, prostate and vagina. The pelvic floor includes the muscles, ligaments, connective tissue and nerves that help support and control the function of these organs. When the pelvic floor is weakened or not functioning properly, it can lead to pelvic floor disorders/dysfunction (PFD). This is called Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (PFD).
The good news is PFD is treatable. PFD is not a condition you have to live with.

Pelvic Floor Care for Men
You'd prefer to talk to your doctor or therapist about a personal flotation device compared to this other, lesser known, PFD. However, when pelvic floor disorders are left unaddressed they don't go away. Let Genesis Physical Therapy serve as your personal flotation device and get you back to feeling great.
