Areas of Responsibility: All aspects of operational and strategic development for Genesis Medical Center, Aledo; Genesis Medical Center, DeWitt; and Jackson County Regional Health Center (JCRHC), Maquoketa, Iowa. Day-to-day operational responsibility for GMC-DeWitt and JCRHC.

Bio:  Coleman received his Master's Degree in Hospital and Health Administration from University of Iowa in 1991. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. He Joined JCRHC in 1999 and was named Administrator of GMC-DeWitt in January 2013. He was named President, Critical Access Hospitals, for Genesis in May 2014. Prior to joining Genesis he was Vice President of Professional and Support Services, Spencer Hospital, Spencer, Iowa (1992-1999). While at Spencer Hospital, he maintained responsibility for the strategic development, new service line implementation and oversight of nine hospital departments. Coleman also served as administrative fellow at Mercy Hospital, Iowa City from 1991-1992. Coleman was born in Dubuque, Iowa and raised in Epworth, Iowa. He has two children.
