I am passionate about what I do because I have the opportunity to have a positive impact in the lives of the patients I serve daily. It is a joy to help individuals meet their goals and see them return to their optimal level of function. It is my passion to continue to strive for clinical excellence through lifelong learning, evidence base practice, and individualized care.
I believe in providing the highest quality of individualized care with compassion, integrity, and professionalism in a friendly and encouraging environment to help individuals return to their highest level of function. As a former high school and collegiate athlete, I became interested in the field of physical therapy through injuries I had sustained at that time. I pursued a career in physical therapy because it gave me the opportunity to serve individuals in need, empower patients to return to and maintain healthy lifestyles, and help individuals meet their goals. It also provided an avenue in which I can mentor younger clinicians and teach students clinical reasoning skills, knowledge, and psychomotor skills to become successful clinicians.
