Kristi Cappaert, LMSW
Kristi holds a Masters in Social Work from the University of Iowa. In addition, she holds a Bachelor degree in Social Work from the University of Iowa. She is a licensed master’s level social worker in Iowa and Illinois. Kristi’s professional practice interests include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Her specialty interests are anxiety/depression, individual and family counseling, adolescents, marital counseling, and grief and loss.
Sheila Funk, LISW, LCSW
Sheila holds a Master in Social Work from the University of Missouri. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with Biopsychology concentration from St. Ambrose University. She is a licensed clinical social worker in Iowa and Illinois. Sheila's professional practice interest include Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Her specialty interests are individual and family counseling, couples counseling, grief & loss, and mental health issues (i.e. anxiety, depression).
Kimber Brokaw, LISW, LCSW
In addition to holding a Masters of Social Work degree from St. Ambrose University, Kimber is a Licensed Independent Social Worker in the State of Iowa and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois. Along with working for Genesis EAP, Kimber has a private practice in Moline and serves as a Health and Wellness Coach for clients all over the United States. Her overall mission is to bring freedom through health – body, soul and spirit – because when we feel better, we do better! Kimber’s overall areas of expertise are in helping people get “un-stuck” through a better understanding of how they are wired and how they’ve been wounded. She helps her clients discover the life they most desire to live and teaches them how to get into alignment with that desire.
