I love being a Physical Therapist because I can help people learn about their pain, take control of their symptoms, and get back to enjoying all that life has to offer.
My philosophy of care centers around serving individual patients to meet their unique needs. I have a wide variety of tools to pull from including my certification in manual therapy and knowledge of current evidence-based practice.
I like to educate patients about their diagnosis and how we can work together to improve their pain and get them back to their goals whether it be running a marathon or playing with the grandkids.

Areas Of Interest
I have earned my CSMT (Certified Spinal Manual Therapist) and work closely with Dr. Ridenour in treating spine conditions including neck/back pain and/or radiating arm/leg pain.
I also enjoy treating patients with all musculoskeletal conditions including athletic injuries, balance/walking difficulties, general muscle/joint pain, and nerve pain.
My husband and I (and our Goldendoodle Ziggy) have been living in the Quad Cities since 2011 and recently added a daughter to our crew. We like to spend our free time with family and friends, especially outdoors. We love to travel anywhere new and have a goal of visiting every continent. I also enjoy running and participating in races around the Midwest.
