We all face challenges in our lives. The way we come out of those challenges gives us strength and wisdom. I believe we all need each other in this world and connection is very important in finding our way towards inner peace, growth, and happiness. Being able to witness hope and inner strength is such a rewarding experience.
I love working with people, as a team, to set goals, plan action, and gain insight into themselves and others. I firmly believe that people have the ability to find their own solutions and that they can learn to find their own happiness. I have always wanted to be a part of helping others in this and in supporting their growth. I use research-based techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, exposure-response therapy, and I use a Family Systems approach. I also help parents feel supported and capable.

Areas Of Interest
I love working with children and teens (ages 3-17) and adults with anxiety, depression, relationship and family challenges, as well as neurological challenges such as ADHD. The fields of mental and medical health need to merge, as we all can help people find balance together. I also have a background in substance abuse and will work with people who have been successful in creating a strong, personal recovery program.
