The Genesis Health Services Foundation inspires donors to charitably invest in the healthcare of the greater Quad Cities region. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Foundation is governed by a group of dedicated volunteers who comprise the Board of Directors.

Missy Gowey, Certified Fundraising Executive, has been leading the Foundation as the Executive Director for 15 years. Grant making is focused on the healthcare needs of the patients and families served by Genesis Health System. The Foundation's programs includes

  • The memory of Page Grubb is honored in a beautiful thank you letter written by Mr. Grubb's brother, Norton. Norton describes the care and compassion experienced by Page during his stay at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House. Read the letter.
  • Betty Buser Michaelkamp passed away at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, and her family decided that her beloved piano should be shared with those at the house.
