Royal Neighbors Chapter 20110 and Knuckle Busters Car Club donated 10 teddy bears to the Emergency Department at Genesis Medical Center, Aledo. The teddy bear program was designed to provide comfort to children in a crisis situation. In the past, teddy bears have been donated to ambulance services, emergency rooms, fire and police stations.

"The teddy bears are soft and comforting for a child to hold and can provide a sense of security during a traumatic or stressful situation. We are pleased to donate the teddy bears to the hospital," said Carol Beeding, Royal Neighbors.

GMC, Aledo's Emergency Department provides a constant state of readiness for all types of illness and injury. Physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff are on hand to give you and your loved ones the best care possible.
